Built in 1969, Shalom Tower I is an affordable independent living apartment complex for area seniors aged 55 and older. Located on the north side of Good Shepherd’s campus, Shalom I is comprised of 79 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments located close to the downtown area, grocery store, and Senior Activity Center. Along with being a secure building, residents have assigned off street parking, safe laundry areas, community rooms, and 24 hour on-call personnel for emergencies through Good Shepherd. Apartments are now available. Rents include all utilities except phone and cable services.
