House Supervisor
Responsible for maintaining open communication with physicians to ensure safety quality, and accuracy for all residents and staff. Readiness to address a residents significant status change. House Supervisor on staff 24/7 to ensure staff aways have someone to call with questions/concerns. A Nursing degree is required for this position.
Charge Nurse
Administers medications, monitors resident’s status change, supervises C.N.A. staff. Responsible for approximamely 30 residents, changing wound dressings, documenting on each resident and providing detailed daily assessments of skilled residents, and alert House Supervisor of a residents status change.
Certified Medication Aids
Administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records under immediate supervision. Verifies identity of patient receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records.

Certified Nursing Aids
Performs direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse. Assists residents with actives of daily living
Residential Assistants
This individual will assist resients with daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, dressing, bathing, laundry, and medication monitoring, along with other duties assigned in Assisted Living.
Housekeeping
Responsible for maintaining clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Areas include dinning rooms, utility rooms, clean storage rooms, linenrooms and lobby areas as well as monitor supplies in these areas.
Dietary Aids
Prepare meals according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and monitor number of portions to be served. Washes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment in compliance with DIA regulations. Clean and inspect equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and efficient kitchen operation.
